We arrived june 20 2025 and left on the 23rd. The room was nice a bit small for it to accommodate 6 people. I loved the fact we was right on the beach so didn't have to walk. My biggest problem with this place is the parking, as much money it cost to stay here shouldn't anyone have to walk a quarter of a mile because the little parking lot is full that's on the property. So they have you parking a block away then Crossing a busy highway to get to the hotel. I know they can afford a lower level parking garage
The room was clean and comfortable! The location of the hotel is great! Many thanks to the beach worker David!!! He was very attentive and caring!!! The hotel is undergoing renovations, but this did not interfere with our holiday. Our vacation was great!! We will plan to come back here.
Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean & came equipped with a whole working kitchen & dishes which was great for us since we ate most of our meals in our room. We brought our 1yr old baby and the room was pretty much baby proofed! The room was roomy enough for his pack n play to fit in between both of the beds as well. The pools were awesome!
We stayed at the Sun Destin resort from June 29 to July 5, and we had the absolute best vacation! Our until had a beautiful ocean view, comfortable bunk beds, an updated shower and kitchen, and the most comfortable couch! The resort has an awesome store that we literally visited three times a day. It had everything you could think of and super nice people worked the store! The lobby smelled so good, and the resort is very clean! There is also an amazing restaurant that offered a wonderful variety of food, and the staff in the restaurant are so kind. The location to the beach was awesome, and we will stay here again!
The location is perfect. The indoor sauna and hot tub were not accessible due to “maintenance repairs”. After asking one of the staff members, it had been down for about a year or more. You are required to sign a two page list of rules and regulations upon check in. During the week we stayed, there were several rooms violating these rules but you do not see anyone enforcing them.
LOVE this place. Will be back. Clean rooms, great view and nice location... walk right out to the beach. It was hard to leave.
Loved the condo, it needed a little TLC but wasn’t too bad and it was nicely decorated. Had a nice view of the beach from the living room. I wish I had got one on a higher floor due to noise from the pool. There was construction going on but it didn’t affect our stay. Loved the little coffee shop and pantry store for forgotten items. Would like to go back once construction is over for a better experience.
Honestly this is a pretty great place to stay! Aside from the construction but it was mentioned so that's our fault for going during their renovations. We stayed in unit 0910. Sooo cute! I love the people who own it and thought to decorate it like this. Really feels like you're staying at the beach. You have a perfect view of the ocean, lots of amenities, a little gift shop store that came in handy for tons of things. If you're looking for perfect, this might not be the place for you. But if your looking for cute, fun, convenient, affordable, and great then I definitely recommend SunDestin. Specially the unit we stayed in.
